Crystal Clear Family Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Smyrna, TN

CCFD is a growing dental practice seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, Registered Dental Assistant to become a member of our terrific, hardworking dental team. This busy office is looking for team members to help grow our practice. Must have an outgoing personality and compassion. The ideal candidate would be a motivated team player, enjoy working with all ages of patients, be flexible, able to multi-task and very organized as well as, providing excellent care and customer service to our wonderful patients. Business hours are 8-5 Monday thru Fridays and one Saturday 9-2 salary based on experience, qualifications and certification.

Role Responsibilities and Requirements:

Must Have Great Personality

Welcome customers to the dental office

Front desk duties as needed

Experience with Tx plan presenting

Coronal polishing

Nitrous Oxide

Sealants

Radiology

Inventory management

Select and set up instruments, equipment, and material needed

Sterilize instruments according to regulations

Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry

Undertake lab tasks as instructed

Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions

Keep the dental rooms clean and well-stocked

Schedule appointments

Maintain accurate patient records and assist with procedures

MUST HAVE active TN CDA/RDA License

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Surgical Mask

N95 Mask

Eye Protection

Face Shield

Gown

Shoe Covering

Head Covering

Respirator

UV Sanitizer
